If unfortunately in tax, the related authorities will contact with you to determine the tax amount,after you agree for payment they will continue sending the parcel, when reached the express staff will collect the tax with you , so when in tax you should attention to incoming call, avoid taxes will cause of delivery delay.

5.what time to confirm the order?
after payment will be shipped the parcel next day.。
6.when need to payment for shipped?
we are used prepaid recharge in system ways, after you recharge in system ,we will submit for shipped.
7.shipping fee need to bank in to what bank aaccount?
Currently we just have 2 bank account (maybank,public bank),after bank in ,available reacharge to submit in system.。
8.How many day will recieve the parcel?
Normally after shipped 3-5 working day will recieve, no include saturday , sunday and holiday, sometime holiday or peak period, customs not enough time to clearance and other factor, inevitably will delay, so please be patient to wait ,and go check the parcel delivery schedule on official website.
9.what type of items is sensitive?
some of the item are not sure can air freight or not ,before purchase please query to our customer service.
10.Which item cannot air freight?
General foods, medicines, liquid, powder, CDs, weapons, flammable, endangering national security equipment, money, have price ticket documents also not able to clearance.

13.Such as parcel actual weight is 3kg ,there were including a sensitive item just 0.2kg ,so how to charge?
we will depending on the whole parcel weight to calculate, as above case the shipping fee is calculated for 3 kg and add the sensitive fee.
14.If inside my parsel is normal items more than sensitive item, so how to submit the order?
Suggestion for the sensitive item separate out, because if all packs together the shipping fee is 10kg, that will be no worth for sensitive channels, so before submit the order you can contact us asking how to arrangement.
15.For the sensitive item can i attempt to select normal item channels?
suggest do not adventure, although maybe can success to customs clearance, if unfortunate for check by customs, the problem will cause such as cannot clearance, confiscate, loses, amercement etc., that detrimental to the recipient.
16.Calculation of volumetric Weight?
Package: length cm * width cm * height cm / 6000 = volumetric Weight (kg)
17.Can purchase expensive digital product ?
The digital product buy from China when send out oversea that product will cannot get the warranty service, for this point if the product damage so that were be inconvenient, in addition for the valuable product will easy have tax, so there are certain risk, if you still want to shipping that must to sign disclaimer agreement.
18.If i insisted to shipping the valuable item, so how to arrange the shipment will better?
suggestion is the valuable item single for shipped,to reduce the risk of item lost or steal.
19.The account balance need to refund?
The account balance need to refund we will charge for 10% fee, just refund RM, exchange rate will follow system exchange rate, and the processing time need 3-5 working day.

After packaged need to repackage again, we will charge RM15 for service fee.
